While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can come up, appointment no-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business.
For all appointments 60 minutes or longer, we ask that clients pay an upfront 50% deposit at the time of booking.
We send you an SMS text 48 hours prior to your appointment, which you will need to respond to with a ‘YES’ to confirm.
If you need to reschedule your appointment you must provide at least 24 hours notice.
Confirming your appointment will be seen as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost booked will be charged to your credit card or Gift Certificate for all cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Late arrival to your appointment may mean your appointment will be cut short so we can keep to time for our next client booking. In these circumstances our standard fees will still apply.
